Pricing
What businesses pay us
Businesses subscribe to the software. Each product's pricing page has the full details.
- Software subscription. The first 3 team seats are free. Each additional seat is $29 per month, or $290 per year when billed annually.
- Payment processing. When a business collects card payments from its own customers through our software, we charge a platform fee of 1%of each collected payment, in addition to Stripe's processing fees.
- Renewal and cancellation. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. A business can cancel any time from its billing settings; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds. Subscription fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@castopia.ai and we'll make it right.
Payments
How payments work
Businesses on our products take payments from their own customers through Stripe Connect.
- The business is the seller. When you pay a clinic, salon, shop, or firm that uses one of our products, you are buying from that business. Its name appears on your card statement, and it is responsible for its prices, receipts, and refunds.
- Funds go straight to the business. Each business verifies its identity with Stripe and is paid out directly to its own bank account. Castopia never holds those funds.
